High voltage test equipment

High voltage test equipment used for testing of energy storage and energy converters.

The test devices have a high accuracy at a high system dynamics.

It can voltages up to 1,000V, current up to 1,200A and power up to 600kW covered in a single unit. In addition, even higher currents and power can be achieved by parallel connection.

The modern technology of the device allows efficient energy consumption through energy recovery. In test systems with several high voltage test equipment or test benches with high voltage test devices and high voltage emulators, the energy can be distributed in the intermediate circuit and allows for lower power input.

The high voltage test equipment can be operated in all 4 quadrants. In the 1st quadrant they are working as an electronic load or as a DC sink and 2-quadrant as a DC source.

A built-in sequencer (program memory) offers a range of highly dynamic loading cycles and performing user-specific tests.
